ORGANIZATION  OF THE WINE TRIP IN France, July 2013

我的心，已經飛到法國了。將醉飲法國2013行程計畫節錄於此。原文自Serge教授e-mail。

Gien is one of the 3 famous place in France for porcelain artifacts design by high level designers

7:45抵達巴黎，領車，驅車往Sancerre【羅亞爾河谷˙松賽爾】，路程231KM，2小時28分。下午拜訪一位釀酒師in Giennois，與參觀瓷器工廠in Gien【Gien(格蘭) 法國三個最著名瓷器廠之一，由高水準的設計師設計的瓷器文物】

2.      July 5 : SANCERRE 【羅亞爾河谷˙松賽爾】

Chavignol is also very famous for goat cheese

Visit La Borne, village of  pottery makers. This village is famous for the great variety of potteries made  (mostly artistic/design) due to the great number of potters who decided to live in the same village.

上午10點參觀一位釀酒師Henri Bourgeois(亨利布喬亞酒廠), Chavignol。Chavignol也是非常有名的山羊奶酪。

拜訪La Borne: 陶器製造商的村莊。此村是著名的各式各樣的陶器作家 （大多是藝術/設計） 有大量的陶藝家住在同一個村子的人。

3.      July 6:  BEAUNE   【Bourgogne布根地˙Beaune伯恩丘】

Distance to Beaune : 200 km (mountain +small road), 3H26

Visit (7 euros/person) at 9.00am of  Ferme Fruitrouge

The farmers living in this farm have developped a successful business by growing and transforming mostly red and black berries : blackberry, raspberry, red currant, cherry, peach of vineyard. Bourgogne is famous for these fruits. They become: jam, alcoholless drinks, cream of fruit, fruits in alcohol, vinegars, alcohol of fruits, mustard, ketchup, candies, butter of fruit, blackberry pepper  and a kind of folk medicine.

Hopefully after this visit we will go to a beautiful village named Irancy where the red wine (is made with the 3 allowed grapes in Burgundy (pinot noir, césar, tressot) which  is a rarity. But I’m not sure yet if it will happen because it will be Saturday and winemakers often don’t work that day. If it doesn’t work we’ll go for shopping in Dijon which a very nice and quiet old city.

In the evening I suggest we go to a typical wine bar for food and wine in Dijon: Chez Bruno, 80 rue JJ Rousseau, Dijon, 0380661233. Then we’ll go back to Beaune (drivers will have to be wise that evening).

出發往Beaune:路程200KM(山路+小路)，3小時26分。

9點整，拜訪Fruitrouge農場

農民居住在這個農場發展出一個成功的企業，由種植紅色和黑色漿果：黑莓，樹莓，紅醋栗，櫻桃，桃子，葡萄園的種植和轉化。布根地因這些水果而聞名。他們製成果醬，alcoholless飲料，水果奶油，水果酒精，醋，酒精，水果，芥末，番茄醬，糖，牛油果，黑莓辣椒和一種民間醫藥的黃油奶油。

之後我們將會去一個美麗的村莊，品嘗名為 Irancy 的紅酒 （使用三種勃艮第葡萄: pinot noir, césar, tressot) 這是稀有的 3種 允許葡萄。但是，我尚無法確定，因為這一天是星期六，而釀酒師這一天往往不工作的。如果他不工作，我們會去為在第戎（Dijon）一個非常漂亮的的和安靜的的的老城區的購物。

在晚上，我建議我們去一個典型葡萄酒酒吧吃晚餐和品嘗Dijon酒: Chez Bruno。然後我們會回到Beaune （司機那天晚上必須是清醒的）

在世界著名的布根地第葡萄園之間唱民謠與拍照(Ballad是不是翻譯成民謠?)。

5.      July 8 : BEAUNE 【Bourgogne布根地˙Beaune伯恩丘】

      I suggest having a relax morning, visiting for example Beaune.
